In addition, the property owner (SAR 4 million) and investor (SAR 7 million investment + 10 jobs) categories provide direct permanent residence.

Process

  2. Fee payment or investment preparation

    Prepare the required government fee (SAR 100,000 or SAR 800,000) or the qualifying real estate/business investment.

  3. Application and background check

    Submit the Premium Residency application along with proof of funds, health, and a clean criminal record.

  4. Approval and residency card

    Once approved, receive your Premium Residency card, valid without needing a local sponsor (kafeel).

  5. Renewal or indefinite status

    Renew the annual permit as needed, or hold indefinite residency without further renewal if you chose the one-time fee.
