Spain Digital Nomad Visa
Spain's Digital Nomad Visa (international teleworking visa) allows remote workers to live in Spain with income of about EUR 2,850 per month (200% of the minimum wage). It can be granted for up to three years when applied for in-country and renewed up to five years; the optional Beckham Law offers a flat 24% tax on Spanish income.

Up to Three Years, Renewable to Five
Spain's Digital Nomad Visa requires income of about EUR 2,850 per month, equal to 200% of the minimum wage, with additional amounts for family members. Applied for from abroad it is granted for one year; applied for in-country it can be issued for up to three years, and renewed in two-year blocks up to five years. No more than 20% of income may come from Spanish sources.
The Beckham Law Option
Holders can opt into the special expatriate regime known as the Beckham Law, which taxes Spanish-source income at a flat 24% up to EUR 600,000 for up to six years, rather than progressive rates. This is optional and subject to conditions; we assess whether it suits your circumstances.
