Real Estate Not Accepted

Luxembourg's investor residence requires directing an investment of at least EUR 500,000 into an existing business, a new company, or an approved investment/deposit structure. Unlike many other programs, real estate is not a valid investment vehicle under this program; the focus is on productive economic contribution.
